Do you offer free shipping?

QBRANDS offers free shipping on orders over $40. Subtotal must be over $40 after any discounts have been applied. This offer is valid for orders within the domestic United States and excludes U.S. Territories, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Do you ship internationally?

QBRANDS only ships to customers within the domestic U.S. from our online store, but
international customers can shop QBRANDS.SHOP

When will my order arrive?

You should expect to receive your order within 5-8 business days after it has been
shipped. Once the order has shipped, you should receive an email with tracking
information.

What is your return policy?

Standard returns may be made within 60 days of purchase for refund or exchange.
Product bottles should be unsealed and unopened. Shipping and handling charges are
not included, and outbound shipping costs may be deducted for items purchased with
free shipping.

How do I make a return?
